Brilliant company! Called them up because of our leaky washing machine. They worked out a time that suited us best and showed up right on time.Stevie was really professional and brilliant chat, he took the machine apart in no time and figured out the cause of the problem. Now its working like new!It is always brilliant to find a local company you can trust to do the job right, I wouldn't look anywhere else for repair or replacement of my appliances, thanks guys!

Had my Hotpoint Tumble Dryer fixed. Came back the same day with the replacement pump it needed. I was really pleased with the price and I will definitely use this company again.

Great service when my seimens dishwasher had a blockage. Happy to come back foc a couple of days later when fault returned. All fixed now. Really nice chap, and happy to recommend. Cost was £60 where Seimens were quoting £120.

I've taken my hoover here a couple of times and they have been great, gone over and above. Didn't charge much but gave the machine a thorough clean as well as fixing it. Unfortunately, we asked them to come out and fix my washing machine. The man said it wasn't worth repairing as the spiders were broken. Since we had only had the machine for 17 months we called out the manufacturer who told us it just needed the sump replaced. We nearly bought a new machine as the man told us it was not worth repairing!

Would highly recommend! Dishwasher repair today and delighted with service. Explanation of what was wrong, how it can and was fixed and conversation about the many services this business do for the future which I instigated as realised quickly this is a company I could trust! Great to know we have such a great business locally and absolutely value for money! I was recommended and absolutely recommend everyone!

I’ve recently moved house and wanted to replace an electric oven.I decided on a Bosch oven from the ‘Which’ recommended Best Buy.I spoke to Stephen and ordered the oven.When John arrived to install he discovered an issue with the area the oven was to be fitted into.John devised a plan that would suit and he came back a few days later and completed the installation.What an exceptional service from John - a slight problem that he resolved with his joinery skills!!!Well done and thank you so much.A big thank you to all the staff in the shop as I always receive great advice and the customer service is fantastic.
