Indigo Greens have been fantastic throughout a very prolonged and complicated purchasing process. I'd especially like to praise Emma & Izzy.They were very responsive and took the time to explain things to me every stage of the way. The business itself also operated with a surprising amount of transparency, and I was made aware of details which really allowed me to feel that communication between all parties was stellar. More importantly, they felt earnestly pleasant to speak to, and that at the end of the day, they were nice people who were allowed to be nice people by their workplace.More unique to my situation, even when there was a clear disagreement in opinion on how to proceed, Emma & Izzy were ultimately very understanding and respectul of the decisions made by myself & my conveyancer. I can't think of any higher praise than to repeat this: They had ample opportunity to try and push much more aggressively for a different action. Instead, they took the more labourious route of discussing and trying to understand both sides, and then accepted my conveyancer's decision. Indigo Greens, particularly Emma & Izzy, did this with the understanding that it was going to further complicate their work. When it was clear that I was siding with my conveyancer, they very respectfully carried on the work, with the same care and efficiency as they'd done so far. Frankly, the culture required to enable this level headedness is rare in any team!I hope that they continue to operate with this level of care, responsiveness, and transparency. I think, in my limited experience, that would make them the best in York.
