Worst Service in UK ! They lost our 60 shipments, we raised the issue because our Amazon Seller Account was at Risk but they did not respond back. And even they threat their Clients on asking some Straight Forward Questions.Very Disappointed.ANS TO OWNER > We used your pickup collection service and you lost before you actually scanned the parcels at your depot. Don't try to be fool. We tried to fix this issue with you but you threatened us and a straight forward NO was given to us!

Poor customer service this is one of the worst companies in the UK.Poor Management for goods and the level of service to the customers awful. I am about to cancel my order as my parcel is now a couple of days late. you can't talk to any one. your service is absolutely Sh*** you ruined a surprise present for my wife. Thanks a lot.

I can confirm this is a genuine review and I will show Google any proof they require.*My Review*A company that is a total nightmare to deal with.If you want my honest opinion, don't choose parcelstation, go and look elsewhere. It will save your business a lot of time and hassle.A few of the issues I have had with parcelstation:1) Their driver collects your parcels and quite often, the driver will fail to scan the parcel. This means that the parcel then becomes 'lost' and as it has not had its first scan, you don't get your money back for it.2) If your item goes missing, just say goodbye. I had 18 claims for lost parcels that dated back to October 2020. I filed claims for all of them. Their 'claims department' claim to get back to you within 6 -8 weeks. They didn't. I contacted them a few times. Eventually, in March 2021 I was told 16 out of 18 claims had been rejected. I could not even challenge it due to the length of time it took for them to get back to me as by then, all the tracking information became unavailable.3) They are very unprofessional when there is an issue. Their manner is quite abrupt and rude.4) They will not hesitate to lie to you and will go back on their word until you search through all your messages and show them proof. Then they will lie some more and make false promises.5) They are very unhelpful and do not even reply many times. Any advice they do give (when they feel we are worth the response!) is very vague. So if you have not understood something, or need help don't think even for a minute that you will get help off them.This is just the tip of the iceberg. otherwise the list of problems is vast.I would say, save your sanity, pay extra and go elsewhere.

I’ve been sending parcels via parcel station for 12 months and to be honest it was fine for the first 6 months. As my volume has increased the level of service has been nothing short of awful.Recently it’s been a constant of the driver failing to turn up, driver constantly late when they were shown up, on several occasions I’ve had to arrange childcare past our opening hours to wait for a driver to collect 200+ parcels.We’ve experienced a number of parcels lost over time which I can accept here and there as it happens with all couriers but the lack of responsibility is just unbelievable. I’ve been told to submit claims for several parcels which we have done - never once have we heard anything back or received any kind of refund. More often than not the parcels aren’t scanned in atall meaning they have been lost in between ourselves and getting to royal mail - when this occurs we’re simply told, nothing can be done. So we as your customer are expected to be significantly out of pocket and no responsibility is taken, no investigation made etc.We send roughly 400 parcels a week and have never received any kind of communication from any of the team. Never a check in etc.The only credit to this company is Steve the delivery driver - absolutely like clock work, always friendly & helpful.Just crazy if you ask me but would not recommend and we will not be using going forward.

Waited 3 weeks on order and still hasn't been received.Reply"Hermes aka evri once I put a tracking number in states there expecting the parcel via yourselves? This has been over 3 weeks. It was an Amazon order so I'm assuming they used use to pick the parcel up and evri deliver it?"

Amazon Sellers - Be Aware! This service will never work for you. They will ruin your business by unprofessional customer service and upon asking questions they will threat you that they will block your account. I once again saying BE AWARE, THEY DON'T CARE THEIR CLIENTS AND ALWAYS BLAME THE SHIPPING COMPANIES !!!

Paid extra in order to have my parcel delivered within 2-3 days. Delivery driver failed to make delivery 3 days in a row, with a reason of could not find address". I called them that afternoon and they assured me my contact details would be passed on to the driver
