Mamas & Papas Norwich (At Next)

Had a 30 minute personal shopper experience today. The service was fantastic. Evie, Becky and Maria were so lovely, answered all our questions on the products, super friendly, chatty and great with our daughter! Would highly recommend!

I was helped by Marie in the Norwich Mamas&Papas. She was so kind and really took her time to make an overwhelming situation manageable (buying baby items!). I am very grateful for all of her help. I went again to the store and Marie could remember me and was equally helpful. Great service, clean environment and lots of good stock + advice.

We had an issue with our Joie car seat and Beccy was extremely helpful in resolving our issue. We found the staff to be helpful and communicate throughout. Very knowledgable about their products. Would highly recommend!

We had to order a replacement harness for our Ocarro pushchair, we bought ours third party but were still under the warranty. Marie was great and helped us order a replacement. Other stores wouldn’t help but Norwich was great!Marie responded quickly to all of our emails and arranged for it to be delivered to our home address. Thankyou!

Evie was super helpful today helping us choose the perfect car seat/ pram/ travel system. As first time parents this can be quite daunting as it’s a big purchase. However she was really knowledgeable and gave us demos of the prams we liked helping us make an informed choice. thank you for being a diamond!

We had a consultation with Marie to pick our pram and car seat etc. We thought we'd decided on the pram we wanted but after looking at some other options we found one better suited to us. Marie was very knowledgeable and honest about the things we would need. As first time parents it's really hard to know what to do for the best but Marie made it really easy. I would recommend anyone booking a consultation. Plus you get a £100 voucher if you spend £1000. It's a win win. Our baby needs to have open heart surgery at a few days old and the ladies who worked there handled the news so professionally and confirmed we could take back the pram if the worst happened during her surgery. This was such a comfort and one less thing for us to worry about at this super stressful time.

Lovely shop and wonderful staff :) been here with my partner twice to look at larger baby items and every time the staff are so friendly and helpful. They are happy to show you the features on products but then leave you to try them out yourself. We then went home and bought our pram, car seat and bedside crib through Mamas and Papas online. We also bought lovely little bits from the shop. So nice to be able to see the products and how they work :)

Mine and my partners first baby, not sure what to expect from the whole pram buying experience! Tried a few stores just to look, but here had a great selection and most importantly great staff. Very friendly, knowledgeable and did not push like other stores. Thanks Rebecca for making our experience easy and showing us the ropes!!!

We were served by Beccy she was so helpful with explaining how pushchairs and car seat works how to fold down and about the safety of them both. Very friendly and answered any questions we had. Beccy also said we were welcome to come back and she would show us how things worked if we came another time.

We attended over the weekend to look at all things baby related for our soon to be here little one. We met with a lovely lady called Rachel who was honestly our angel! She couldn’t do enough for us, and talked us through absolutely everything, showed us how everything worked and was just so helpful to us in every way. She answered any questions we had, and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend especially if you would like some advice and guidance before the arrival of a little one! After some very rude customer service at John Lewis, Norwich where we had originally planned to make a pram purchase, we are so pleased to have been treated so wonderfully here and so pleased to have purchased through Mammas & Papas. Rachel - thank you from the bottoms of our hearts - you made our experience so amazing!
