I would give 10 stars if I could. I have never brought a car from a dealership before, it's always been off Facebook, but for my first time buying a car from inchcape Volkswagen Telford, I couldn't have asked for better service and definitely wouldn't hesitate about buying another one from the same place. from start to finish they were very helpful with any information and questions we had regarding the car we went to look at. Josh was absolutely amazing and is definitely an asset to the team, I can't thank josh for all the help, especially with keeping me up to date with the car when it went in for a few touch ups, he even got the car ready for me a day earlier than planned which was brilliant! There was a slight issue with the car going back into auto trader which wasn't the guys fault it was just to do with the system, a quick call to josh and he had already sorted out the problem which was a relief straight away! I'd 100% recommend anyone to come here to purchase a car from these guys, couldn't fault my experience one bit! Thank you josh and team

I have my car booked in for an investigation for a noise whilst driving, I got there at 8:30 in the morning and spoke with James from Services. By 9:30 i had been called up and the problem had been found, they advised me on all my option didn't just say you need to spend money to get it sorted. Super helpful and informative to the condition of my car.I highly recommend going for any issues you have with your car. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly.

Super simple online check in. Video with some info on MOT and car status after service. Very friendly staff too. Can recommend for this reason alone. However not happy with valuation of car which was £2k under 3 other big dealerships for a part exchange. Have now chosen to go for another German brand. Sorry but customer retention should be a priority for the brand. Not local staffs fault as such but you’ve lost me as a customer now.

Connor was very helpful in relation to helping us find our new car. Even though there was a little mix up with paperwork Connor organised a courtesy car over night and went in on his day off the next day to ensure the paperwork was correct and then delivered our car to us. Thank you. Reception were also ensuring we were topped up with lovely coffee.

Josh was a pleasure to deal with - nothing was too much trouble, very efficient, stuck to his word on timings and ensured he got the best deal for me. Josh did a follow-up call to check that I was happy with everything. Will definitely be recommending Josh to friends and family!

Staff were amazing. Thank you Josh and Robbie! They got my wife and I an great deal on a brand new Tiguan in the colour we wanted. They also managed to get us an r-line edition which was amazing!

Absolutely incredible customer service! Everyone was really helpful and provided me with an excellent experience. Tom was brilliant- from helping me find my car, answering all of my questions and making sure the sale all ran smoothly!

Car never comes out fixed the same day.You have to go through a full day 'investigation' before even ordering, let alone changing, the part you and I both know is the problem.If I can diagnose the faults, then why can't you, or at least prepare and have the part ready.I have had this 4 times now, with the 4 faults I have had.Two DRL lights and a filler flap locking motor, then a battery connector problemAt least this time you didn't do the usual 'software update' that doesn't fix faulty parts.Glad it was warranty otherwise I would not be paying for your investigation time, I would do it myself.I just know when I hand it to you, with a fault it will not be fixed the same day.In fact the last time you handed it back to me with an airbag light on (MOT fail and airbags disabled,) and said it was still safe to use, then it took VW 13 weeks having my car the whole time, to fix the last fault. with one email a week back and forwards to HQ, whilst I still paid a lease fee with no replacement EV.I know that if I book it in for a repair then I have to make plans to be without the car for a number of days, weeks or months.Maybe this is your new business model, but I will be handing may car back soon, and wont be back with VW again, It is a pity as the car was great....... until I had to have repairs done!Of course I will get your standard reply of 'using this feedback to develop and coach'. So why has it happened 4 times with all this development and coaching,?and you should maybe, be a bit more concerned why this standard reply is so frequent on here.

Continuously keeping me up to date with whats happening with the car, what stages its at and ensuring all my concerns and questions were addressed accordingly.
