The hot water tap is still not working after carrying out a descaling. What's is more disappointing that nowhere in the paperwork did it mention that this product needed descaling on a regular basis. But once I had contacted them all the problem were resolved quickly and efficiently. Tap now working. Thank you.

Tried And called left messages but no answer all I wanted is a replacement spring for the hot tap but any number I called refer me to anther I don’t think I will ever buy anther hot tap from this manufacturer

After having a few problems in the early days with my system I found the Customer service excellent,phone calls returned and solutions to remedy the fault even replacing the whole unit with no hassle.The unit itself is very good and reasonably pricedHave the new replacement system now 6 months with no problems.

Great value for money compared the the others in the market. We have however struggled with water flow. It can take upto 30 seconds for the boiling water to come out of the tap and when it does come out the flow is so slow.

Excellent service when reported issue with 4 in 1 tap. Put through to service team quickly and was talked through possible resolutions. Once unit was found to be faulty new unit dispatched next day and arrived in two days. Tap fully working now.
