They are always helpful in attending to my needs/budget I'm working too.Anything I get services, is always a quick turn around. I can't praise this company enough!

I work for a grounds maintenance companyI took my mower in as pull string had broken I pick it up on a Monday morning to use on site pulled the string it snap this is not the only issue I have had, took mower in for repair it took over three weeks to do they said the wrong part had been sent to them eventually got the mower back went to use it on site the wheel fell off you could not make this

I want to commend the staff, their customer service is excellent. I would recommend this company.

appalling customer service , charge previously undisclosed postage for parts from Briggs and stratton to them instead of posting direct to me . shameful

Just come back after stopping in never been to bs mowers before. Have a couple of tractors a few chippers and assorted kit. Very helpful well beyond my expectations for a out of the blue turn up.

I have a lovely Bosch lawn mower which is a hand me down, still lots of life left in it yet BUT I could get the blade off to have it sharpened.I tried another Bristol based company and got through to a very unhelpful person, Thankfully 2nd on the list was BS Mowers!!I called in and spoke with Gordon and explained the situation, he said to bring it down and he would have a look. A few days later I was passing by and called in with the mower. Gordon came out and had a quick look, he popped back inside and came out with a power tool which took the blade straight off. Gordon wont take any money and said he was happy to help.Needless to say I know where I'll be buying my next mower from!!
