Bike Chain Ricci

Quick service, had new pedals fitted , but have since rusted in a matter of a few weeks! What a waste of £50!

Pushed my bike in with a snapped rear derailleur on my way down to Land's end from John O'Groats. Received excellent service and got me going again in an hour or so to finish the trip.

Great bike shop. My wife had e-bike issues whilst still under warranty. Although we bought our bike at home in Lancashire, the shop staff at Bike Chain Ricci diagnosed the problem and fixed it with 24 hours. Harry and Charlotte were friendly, patient and very efficient. We will find an excuse to visit next time we are in Cornwall and we will certainly visit them to purchase our next bikes. Thank you

Came here to have a mooch around and pick up some rattler cycling memrobilia. Wasn't dissapointed. Nice friendly service from Harry. Very relaxed atmosphere.

Just had the best service possible from the shop. Phoned at 5:50 to see if I could get a chain fitted before Saturday. The chap checked and said no one was working able to do it until Saturday but if I could bring it in tonight, he’d wait and fit it! I did, he did! Had to rush for his bus and another lad still there took the money. I can’t think of better service! BoB

Service was outstanding, needed my gears adjusted yesterday and they fitted me in and managed to sort my bike out the same day. Gave me advise that I need a good service and a few new components. Will be booking bike in for this very soon. Appreciate the good service which means I can use my bike over the Easter break

There's such a massive range of products available to suit everyone at BCR/SPSC and if they haven’t got what you need, they'll get it. The store is well laid out, with eye catching displays! The Team are superb, friendly, helpful and always on hand to offer advice and support if you need it! My recent visits have been to discuss and purchase an ex Saint Piran Pro team bike with their own 2nd generation concept frame and have build specification tweaks to my requirement. The team went above and beyond to ensure that I got the bike and build I was happy with before it left the store. Harry & Sam especially were top notch in their individual knowledge and skills. Credit to the rest of the team also whose names I've not mentioned, you're all brilliant. I'm proud to support a Cornish establishment that are striving to put Cornwall firmly on the map when it comes to all aspects of cycling, from grassroots to pros and will be making many more visits for definite! Pop in and see them, you won't be disappointed. They making a cracking coffee too!!
