Ordered Vegan pasties and mash to be told, We have no vegan pasties today". Yet on the fresh baked counter in the main shop there were plenty. Jobsworth who couldn't be bothered. Poor."

Fish and chips meal at lunchtime was brilliant. Served nice and hot with chunky fries by a very pleasant member of staff.

Extremely well-stocked and managed : smiling, friendly staff, very clean surroundings.-One niggle, but not the cafeteria's fault [which remains 5-star], is the occasional over-loud announcement from non-microphone-trained in-store announcers who seem not to realise that it's the amplifier which raises the volume - not the lungs of the announcer...

Yet another poor visit to this place we go up to order 3 pies guess what no pies they don't even do them anymore I mean how hard is it to take something of the menu or block it out on the plus side its not as dirty as it used to be.Seriously just sort it out

Doesn't even deserve 1 star! Went twice in 2 weeks to be told there were no jacket potatoes, ended up leaving with nothing both times. How do you run out of jacket potatoes knowing is lunch time and they are based in a supermarket which sell JACKETS!! So went to today hoping they'd have them! they did!BUT it was literally solid as if it had been thrown in the microwave and taken out after 5 minutes! The side salad looked like it had been prepped a week ago as it was so dry!Will not be eating here again.

Excellent service in Loughborough today. The chap serving couldn’t do enough to make sure we got everything we needed. We weren’t all sat down when the food arrived and he offered to take it and keep it warm until everyone was back. He also reminded both myself and my husband about the kids meal deal. Lovely service!

Very poor indeed.Waited 5 minutes to be served at the counter, I was the only one in the queue.The server didn't say a word to me. Had to take my phone to manually key in my More card because they don't have a barcode scanner. They just grabbed my phone out of my hand, no words said.I got everything labelled for the meal deal yet was charged full price. I've later realised the shelves are mislabeled. The server could've easily noticed this and provided some sort of customer service.The website and signs say 600 More points on a £6 spend. My receipt is £8.67 and I earned zero points.It took nearly 15 minutes to warm up the toastie. Although it was ready after 5 minutes and I could see it sat on the pass.Just under half of the tables were occupied with customers so not particularly busy imo.The toastie was very bland and was delivered by the same person who served me at the till, still not a single word said.Morrisons is my main supermarket and I come here multiple times per week for over a decade. This first trip to the cafe was terrible.I had the ham and cheese toastie, postmix Coke, bag of crisps and a can of Monster and was alone.
