Mortgage Nest

I used Graham Dearle at Mortgage Nest to secure a mortgage for my new house and the service was truly excellent.Graham had come recommended by two different colleagues who had positively raved about the speed, efficiency and ease in which Graham had sorted mortgages for them. They were not wrong.Graham has excellent attention to detail - he listed out all of the documentation that we would need in one clear and concise email, he also walked us through the standard steps you would see in a new home purchase and kept us assured the entire way. The entire process was stress free and extremely quick. He was also very accommodating of the fact I had a young baby in the background of a number of phone calls and didn’t rush me at all, and often had to call me back. None of this phased Graham - something that is invaluable.Graham also looked in detail at mortgage offers that I had available through my work and gave me a fully unbiased breakdown of what would be best long term - something that I don’t think many (if any!) advisors would do.I cannot recommend Graham and Mortgage Nest highly enough to anyone looking for mortgage or insurance. He is an absolute pleasure to work with and a consummate professional.

Graham was professional and incredibly helpful throughout a lengthy mortgage process.
