From the outset of the project and throughout, a totally friendly and professional service. Was impressed with the clear explanation of the plan of the project stages. Consultations were detailed, knowledgeable and informative. During the planning stage appointments were arranged promptly and conveniently which I very much appreciated. The supporting literature and IT portal to allow me to track the project were excellent. I could review any plans and documents related to the project with ease at any time. Communication was always responsive.During the build stage I was kept informed of progress. Change requests were dealt with quickly, efficiently and managed well.Highly recommended.

Very happy with every step of our bathroom refurb, from initial contact - to design - to installation. Asif and his team were all helpful, knowledgable and very pleasant to deal with, giving us great advice and making much better use of our bathroom space then we ever would have done! Asif and Nick have been wonderful helping us in the early stages of our renovation. They take care to explain everything clearly and always keep in contact to ensure we are happy with the process. We've just completed the C&F stage where they take us through a rough guide of what our project will look like. Even though it is a very preliminary stage, I still found it quite detailed and helpful in understanding what is to come in the next stages. So far I am very happy with the care we've been shown and the enthusiasm they have for our project.

From design to final sign off, Asif and his team were professional, courteous and informative. They managed to turn my vision into a beautiful house which I am delighted to come home to each evening. We were extremely pleased with the job that Asif and the RR team did with our bathroom and neighbouring bedroom, which addressed issues we had spent several stressful years dealing with (following a thoroughly miserable time with a botched Wickes bathroom installation). While the project took a bit longer and cost a bit more than we expected, in the end it was worthwhile for the peace of mind of knowing the job was being done thoroughly, carefully and professionally. If we'd used the RR team when our bathroom was initially installed we would have saved ourselves a lot of money (and stress) in the long run. Would thoroughly recommend and definitely use again.
