What a lovely day this is. You are made to feel so very welcome as soon as you walk through the door.The girls doing hair and makeup take time to listen to what you want.The photographer was absolutely fab. He puts you at ease. This was a first for me, so I was a little apprehensive.The complimentary drinks are an added bonus.Could not fault the experience.This was a gift given to me, but would consider purchasing a package and do it all again.

Was a lovely experience! The makeup artist was such a lovely lady and I was made to feel very comfortable and I was able to say if I wanted my makeup a little different etc! I would definitely love to come here again!

Its absolutely amazing the staff all put you at ease and the makeup and hair is fantastic. The photos were beautiful we had a hard time to select from them as there was so many beautiful ones. The only draw back I could find is the price can be quite expensive however they do provide many payment options to suit everyone.

I won the experience through an Instagram competition. Staff were super lovely and even tho I was a bit nervous made me so comfortable. The photographer was great and told me which poses to be in, and the girls on the main desk were friendly and approachable and couldn’t have done more for me. The only reason it’s 4 stars is because of the price of the photos, the experience was great but could only afford a couple of photos as after that it got into the thousands but it was worth the trip for the experience all the same!

Wonderful day, did a Mother Daughter photoshoot and both me and my mum went in nervous. At every point the friendly staff put us at ease. The hair / makeup team asked us questions about what we wanted every step of the way, the final look was great! Our photographer also talked us through all the poses, we had never done a professional photo session before but she helped us and made us feel so comfortable. Fantastic day with amazing pictures, thanks to Caroline for naturally retouching the images to make them perfect.

Great communication prior to your appointment in figuring out what look you are going for with your photo shoot. Upon arrival I was greeted and seated and filled out a form asking what I would be wearing and for what look I was going for. After that you were taken to get nails, hair and makeup done. I got it all done. The stuff are amazing throughout styled my hair perfectly and really got the look I wanted. After that you're taking upstairs by one of the photographers and you start your shoot. The photographers are equally as amazing as the artists downstairs and take a variety of shots while also letting you do your own thing and prompting you on positions that would look good. Four outfits down and I think around 103 images later my photoshoot was finished. Back downstairs after where they develop your photos and then you can view them. It is safe to say that the photos were all amazing quality. The price for the experience and quality of the photos is Great! You really do get what you pay for for quality wise of these photos. The staff are amazing! That good. I've booked a family photo shoot for next year and really looking forward to it. Honestly, I would recommend this to anyone. It is a fantastic experience. Let alone the photos as well. I have included some of the photos so you can see the amazing quality. So thank you flawless team for an amazing day and amazing photos.

It was a great experience for me and my sister. The makeup artist was so friendly and funny, I felt really comfortable and the photographer was great at helping with poses and making sure we were okay. Would definitely recommend!

Myself and my 11 year of granddaughter had an amazing experience at The Flawless studio in Middlesbrough. As soon as we walked through the door the staff made us feel very welcome as if we were the most important people in the world. It was a very calming experience and so enjoyable. The photos were absolutely stunning and my granddaughter actually said “nanna I didn’t think I was that pretty I look so beautiful”. She can’t wait to go back again. Thank you to everyone who looked after us that day and for James who made me feel like a movie star xxx.
