Dave provided an excellent disco for my 50th birthday party. Many guests commented on the fact that people were on the dance floor most of the night. Dave was very reliable and professional from start to finish. I loved the fact that I could go online to select songs I definitely wanted to hear and songs that I did not! I have no hesitation in recommending Solar Entertainments. I would definitely use Dave again.

We hired the karaoke equipment for our hen weekend in Ashbourne and it made the weekend so much fun. Dave offers a fabulous service is very helpful and was really flexible with drop off and pick up times. The cost was very affordable too. We would definitely book again. Sue Howson

This was my first time hiring a DJ and I was really impressed with the process from start to finish. Dave was always really prompt at getting back to me and the online invoicing system was great. I always felt completely reassured that everything was confirmed/reserved etc. The online request list is great for submitting requests prior to the party as well and there is also karaoke lists available beforehand.He emailed me the night before the party to confirm everything, turned up promptly on the day and did a fantastic job. My daughter loved her disco/karaoke party, thank you very much!

Dave was a really friendly, helpful and proactive person when I asked for some kit to self op in a venue he'd not been to before. He liaised directly with the venue and he handled the awkwardness of access for his equipment. I'd highly recommend him and definitely use Solar again.

Dave DJ'd for us at my 18th and mums 50th joint birthday party, the night was absolutely incredible! The music was fantastic and everyone had a great time, Dave had emailed a few weeks beforehand for me to create a pre-party playlist, he played the music that we wanted and played songs that we didn't request, but that went down great, with everyone up on the dance floor! Requests on the night were also accepted and the karaoke was great! Would not hesitate to recommend Dave to anyone for any occasion and will definitely be using Solar Entertainments for our next party! Thanks again Dave! :)

I would highly recommend Dave, very efficient communication following booking. The standard of equipment was excellent, (including lights ,laptop, amp, mics etc) providing a full set up with everything you need for a kareokke system. Dave provided a thorough clear instruction before he left and collected everything in good time.Overall a professional and friendly service from beginning to end.

Dave could not have been any more accommodating. He delivered the equipment on time and even after I rang him to collect ot slightly earlier, he still allowed a couple of people who wanted last minute songs! A great service, excellent for karaoke lovers, we would DEFINITELY book again if ever are considering a karaoke night!

Dave did an amazing job for our wedding disco. We loved that you can choose some songs you want playing on the website and produce your own playlist - it really makes a difference when you know thay you will enjoy the songs that will play. He also did a great job 'reading' the party and choosing some songs that would obviously go down a treat!If you book with him you will not be disappointed, we definitely weren't.Thank you!

We hired a Karaoke kit from Dave at Solar Entertainments for a special family holiday in Derbyshire and it was amazing! The set up is so great, excellent quality equipment and fantastic service from Dave. We had so much fun using it and am really glad I booked. 5* service throughout the booking process. Highly recommend.
