Disappointed lately here, extremely busy . You can't move busy, can't really enjoy fitness when you're standing waiting ..I wouldn't be unhappy to be turned away at the door if it's too busy, seems more in more money regardless of experience.Maybe it's me and the time of day but awful experience, i have stopped going because of this. Its too small .

Good gym with lots of equipment but one of the busiest gyms I have ever used. Between 5 and 7 is ridiculous it's a big gym but just too many people. Having to wait to get on a machine then one minute later being tapped on the shoulder and asked how many sets you got left.

Friendly staff, plenty of classes and equipment. Two small improvements would be more flexible/stretching/movement classes and shower drains cleaned more frequently.

To many machines are out of order. Today, I counted 5 absolutely disappointed. Why pay a full subscription for such poor service. Please sort it out ASAP. These machines have been out of service for over 3 weeks.

it’s not a bad gym, equipment is good. but most of the members are morons. walking around the place with invisible lat syndrome, behaving like infantile wannabe-gangsters after they’ve “trained” for 2 weeks. this is more a criticism of wednesfield being full of pond-life, but it’s brung the gym down immensely.

UPDATE AS OF 5th Sept 2023:Unfortunately the gym had to be dropped to a one star, over the last few months an exceeding amount of equipment is broken and cannot be used. Whilst i understand this is part and parcel, the gym just do not seem to be getting anything repaired, things have been broken for months now and is just unacceptable when you are paying for something you are not getting.First time using the gym and was surprised at how small it was, but did enough and if you go at the right time it is fine, but I imagine at busy periods you will end up leaving due to lack of machines. The place is kept very tidy and on top of and everyone seems to respect each others work outs. The music in the gym could be alittle better to help with that mental motivation. Overall it is decent and fine if you use it late.After using it a couple months I have to say another big issue is the constant smell of sewage in the mens toilets when your by the sink washing your hands. At first I thought it was someone had too much to eat bit the smell is constantly there no matter the hours and when the toilets are clean" ."

A serious company well organised. Possibility to be fit 24/7, the gym is never closed at any time. Staff is helpful too. Only problem is too busy in day time. Best to go between 8pm and 6am.

Have been a member of this gym for a several years. Staff is adorable and location is beneficial. However, I've ended my membership as many machines were broken and just after the fix they were getting out of order again. Lots of equipment have a visible rust on it, which makes sense as they were not renewed for several years. The hygiene in women toilet/shower cubicles is shocking. Bins were always full of trash and often no toilet paper available. Shower cubicles were full of hair and other dirty spots. As a customer I also would be happy to see some nice photo zones with lighted up mirrors. Female changing room doesn’t provide this opportunity and the lighting there has been highlighting all imperfections. It was sad to cancel my membership, but money I was paying didn’t alight with the service provided. Wish Pure gym all the luck and hopefully, there will be some improvements in the future, so I could come back as a happy customer.
