New Image Dry Cleaners

Excuse after excuse - I took a lightweight mac to be dry cleaned on Thursday 19th August 2021 and was told it would be ready by Wednesday 25th. The charge was £15 and they tried to charge me a further £2 for paying by card!. I was unable to collect on 25th so went on 26th to find the mac had not been done. The first excuse was that they had had Covid the previous week but were OK" now. Clearly not correct (I speak as someone who has been personally dealing with the covid pandemic since April 2020)

What a find. Duvet washed and the lady & her husband delivered it back to me yesterday, Sunday. Reasonably priced too. I'll be taking my dry cleaning & duvets again. Thank you. Carol x

Had passport photos done was okay but found it to be slightly expensive for what it was but was a one off so paided to fee. owner was polite and professional

DO NOT GO HERE !!! Awful service , aggressive attitude from ownersTook my suit in to be altered for my mums funeral they left a hole in the back on the morning of my mums funeral I had to hand sew moments before my mums hearse arrived as I had faith in the dry cleaners it was done as I used themBefore . So days later I went into the dry cleaners to explain their mistake they practically threw me out of there shop swore at me and my step daughter then proceeded to throw things at me andmy step daughter . They didn’t want to refund the torn suit blamed me when it was not honestly myself he just missed to large patches on my backWould never use them again !!Only go if like aggression ,Poor service , torn clothes , things thrown at you , threatening behaviour and to be sworn at !!!

The husband and wife team very friendly and did an excellent alteration on my dress which I wore with confidence at my 60th celebration. They got my dress altered in good time in case it needed more adjustment. I definitely recommend them and will certainly use them Nd advise my family and friends also. Furthermore you couldn't tell it was altered that's how professional a job they did. Excellence!!

Expensive and not the very best service. I would recommend only in case of need. And their service is awkward. I mean American sitcom awkward...
