After learning our hotel was having building works, Fern kindly offered us alternative hotels for our Malta holiday. We explored the choices, and (with some help from Michelle) decided on our new hotel. I went into the TUI store to ask some questions about a holiday I had seen on line. From the first greeting to being helped by Fern was such a streamline, pleasurable, friendly and professional experience. Fern was knowledgeable and swiftly handled my questions and gave me additional information which I hadn't thought about, I am so pleased she did. What an exceptional experience! A big thank you to Yasmin for all her help and advice when booking our cruise. I was a bit nervous about booking at first as this will be my first cruise but she was so informative and explained everything thoroughly so quickly put my mind at rest. Her customer service was first class and I would 100% recommend Yasmin :)

Just wanted to say how helpful Donna has been in helping us to book our Caribbean cruise for our Golden Wedding next year. It was not so straight forward but she manged to get us exactly want we wanted. Very pleasant and helpful. Would recommend asking for Donna.

The girls in Brighton are always helpful and charming and go that bit extra. Especially Donna who sat with me for the best part of an hour helping me to change a booking and save me a large cancecllation fee, and, finding me a lovely hotel. Must give a shout to the manager of the Brighton office also who helped sort out the best thing for me.

First time I've used TUI Store, and it wont be the last after the truly fantastic service I've enjoyed from Fern in the North Street, Brighton branch. I spoke with Fern some weeks ago about a holiday in Puglia, Italy. Flights had not been released but Fern advised she would check regularly and call back. True to her word she contacted me several times updating me and finally today called to advise flights were now available. I went ahead and booked the holiday for 4 people. Fern is very professional in all respects and a lovely warm and friendly lady. Her promise is also her word and I have no hesitation in recommending her and the Brighton branch of TUI Holidays. Thank you Fern for the first class service you provided. You clearly enjoy your work as it shines through in the conversations we have had. You are a fantastic advert for TUI Holidays and I hope they realise just how good you are. They are lucky to have you as an employee.

Went into store today to help me choose a cabin for a cruise, was told as booked online that I would need to ring them directly.On having a few problems with the call. A member off staff, I think she said her name was Donna,was really helpful and helped me to do this.Was very much appreciated as without her help I think I would have ended up with a cabin that was not where I wanted it.Will now go directly to shop for any more bookings as the service was 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
