Far from a seamless experience. Won't be using them again. Took 3 attempts to successfully leave with my currency, the whole experience took far too long. The experience was so bad I opened a chase bank account because it turns out I can use it abroad with no fees and I actually get a better exchange rate. (1.224 with chase Vs 1.199 with eurochange on USD at the time of writing)

as soon as I walked in I met Ying who was a super nice guy that asked me how much euros i needed he also realized that I was going on holiday cause of the amount of euros i needed so he asked were we were going

Just witnessed the woman behind the till being exceptionally rude to a young customer before humiliating him in front of the older customers behind.I asked earlier for help with money and she was dismissive, so I'll go to M&S. Looking at the previous reviews, this seems to be a recurrent problem.
