Lost for words! Absolutely atrocious. What was I paying for? Been facing redundancy for the last few weeks, colleagues other unions have been fantastic!...constant updates, phone calls, letters, emails ...but these clowns at Unite? NOTHING! One guy called “Stuart” actually said “Yeah we’re aware of what’s going on but what do you want us to do about it”? Woeful. Take the money and run. If a response is made by them to this review, whatever you do, ignore it! Probably another sales pitch with no after purchase substance. Terrible experience. Never again

They are there and very supportive

Have been trying to contact for 2 weeks. Each time I get told someone will call back and no one does. I agree what are we paying for????? If we cannot even talk to someone. I have been a member for 10 years and this is the first to.e I have needed to contact them. Absolute Rubbish.

Does what it needs to do.

Absolutely rubbish, I'm paying for nothing, asked to be called back for some personal issues, and had just a unpolite advice with no service at all. I shall not carry on paying for this unusiful service ""
