Amazing service! Iv used Sleaford Auto Services for a few years now for my MOT and Service and they always do a great job. They have done the MOTs on both our cars in the last few weeks and Michelle has been great with updating me on what needs doing. They work long days and really think of the customers needs to collecting my car and even dropping it back to us.I recommend them 100% if you need anything doing on your vehicles! Thank you so much. I first used Sleaford Auto Services through Servicing Stop but had such a bad experience with Servicing Stop and the ridiculous prices they charge I now go direct to Sleaford Auto Services. They provide excellent customer service from beginning to end and also pick up and deliver my car back to me even though I am 30 miles away! Their prices are competitive and I have no doubt that they are trustworthy. I have recommended to all my friends and family and they are the only company I will use from now on.

Had an engine issue so went to Sleaford Auto. The gentleman (forgot to ask him for his name) checked my engine and referred me to a specialist right away.

Booked this garage as it was close to work and few work colleagues had used them before. Dropped the car off at 08:00 . Car was ready for me to pick up mid-afternoon. Full job sheet and went through the full sheet. Section by section. Very nice and friendly.

Do not use this company they are cowboys! Booked a full service with them with service stop. Was charged £664 for service new fan belt coolant change and break fluid change. Was told by service stop that it was fully fixed nothing else wrong with it.Got job report to say breaks worn and dangerous and drop links need changing plus faulty handbrake. Took it too another garage out where they sorted it properly and has cost me another £468. So please keep away

Went to Sleaford Auto for a water leak, I was told it needed the header tank to be replaced as it was leaking from the bottom of the bottle. A week or two after called them to advise the leak was still there, they booked me in for the following week. Unfortunately, they did not show nor did they call me to give any reason as to why. Took it to another garage who advised it was the header tank that was leaking ( even though, allegedly, this was supposed to have been replaced by Sleaford Auto Services) , the other garage replaced the tank and no more leaks. Makes you wonder if SAS actually replaced it the first time or fixed it to a fashion and charged full price. Will not, under any circumstances, be returning. Gave 1 Star as unable to give anything lower
