I bought a wetsuit from that site. An Orca wetsuit. Meaning a great quality.The box came with a hole and when I put on the wetsuit, I found out a nick, took some photos, and send them to the site.The site answered that it is not their problem and that I did that and they told me to glue it!To glue a 600 pounds wetsuit that I had never put on.I was very careful and I used the gloves and every measure to put on the suit.However, the site was not at all helpful.So do not buy expensive things from there because if they come to you broken you cannot trust them that they will help you.

I bought a dry robe that was too big so tried to exchange it for a smaller one. It cost me £11 to return it at my cost which is fine but then MyTriathlon wanted to charge me the difference of the original price I paid compared to the new price. (I work in retail and we do not charge a customer more money to exchange goods because we put the price up) This would have made it more expensive than buying it from elsewhere so not only am I out of pocket, I am also now going to have to purchase again but from a small independent retailer where the customer service is a little more on the caring side. I would like to add that the service was not bad from the gentlemen I spoke to but there was no interest to do the right thing for the customer. For the sake of £26, they have lost me as a customer both now and in the future.

Allowed me to purchase item, even though it was on a two week back order. I cancelled my order nearly two weeks ago and have still not been refunded.

Really good customer service, the woman on the phone was fantastic and helped me in any way she could. Will be buying again!

Couldn’t find what I wanted anywhere, all out of stock (including manufacturer) but by chance checked these guys out. Quick call to check availability and was told in seconds that they had one. Ordered online and was in my hands 24 hours later.Absolutely superb service. Can’t praise them enough. Extremely chuffed. Thanks guys ❤️

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Told me I could get postage refunded on an item I was exchanging, sent in postage receipt as requested and have heard nothing in weeks. Didn't cost much so not a big deal but why ignore me? Then had to return the exchanged item, they confirmed a month ago (1st Sep) that they'd received it however no refund received at end of September and several chase emails and a Facebook message all ignored. Complete lack of communication and they've taken my money, a con. Will never use them again even if I do ever get my refund.

Best ever wet-suit for Autumn/Winter swimming in the Highlands. A really snug fit with good stretch and - with a little help from a touch of washing-up liquid - reasonably easy to get on and off. Am 78 and have always loved swimming but only recently got into all-weather swimming in the sea. My daughter goes much further and faster than I can, but thanks to the new wet-suit I can still do it!
