Excellent service from Open House. They sold our house in quick order achieving the price we were after. Their communication in all matters was first class.Open House have now sold another of our houses in Whelley. The buyer was particularly difficult and without Pete's persistence and hard work we would undoubtedly have lost this sale. Again we achieved an excellent price.There is no doubt we will be using Open House again.

I decided to sell my house with Pete after they offered the most competitive fee. Well all I can say is you pay peanuts you get monkeys! Other than stick the property on rightmove very little was done. I did all my own viewings and all of the negotiating. We eventually agreed a sale after which I was hopeful Pete would take the reins….. No! Petes ‘churn and burn’ approach to sales means that half of what’s agreed between parties is poorly qualified and actually never sells. After the sale fell though Pete became quite abusive in calls and emails as he somehow tried to point the finger of blame at myself for the sale not progressing for which I felt quite threatened. Avoid wasting your time with this agency!

I hadn't heard of Open House so was a little wary. Totally unfounded! Peter was so easy to work with, very down to earth and professional. His communication is excellent and a personal service that I have not experienced before in the housing market. Peter thinks nothing of going the extra mile to ensure that the house selling process is as stress free as possible and speedy. Very knowledgeable and gave very good advice. I will use again in the future and will recommend Open House to anyone

Overall great experience. Pete was always contactable anytime and would always make time to deal with any questions we had and would always keep us up to date with progress throughout the process. Pete did all of the viewings himself which I believe is the best way to sell your house and his fees are the best around for the service provided and will do his utmost to make sure your house has the best chance of selling. His recommendations for mortgage advisor and solicitors again were again of a high standard and this helped the overall process of selling our house within a quick time period.
