Always receive great service from this garage. Mechanics are friendly, attentive and extremely knowledgeable.Just today went in for a rattling issue and we were seen and sorted within 10 minutes. Couldn’t ask for more. Would definitely recommend and we’ll continue to use them.

Amazing team of Scottish Hero’s. Saturday 7th Oct they took customer Service to a new level. They unfortunately couldn’t get the hire car back on the road but they ensured my daughter and I got to another hire car business by giving us a lift - we didn’t need to ask they just offered. Thank you so much & we did finally make it back to Yorkshire. 5 star team

Put vehicle in for suspension check. From initial phone call to actual check this branch were helpful. Side steps on my van meant not all their lifts were suitable without risk of damage. They managed to fit me in on the suitable ramp they did have. Couple of issues found and I was kept informed of this by Colin over the phone.

The whole team at the Kwik Fit Macdonald Road could not have been more accommodating. I didn’t think they were going to be able to do the car that day, but they squeezed me in, as I had a totally burst tyre. Everyone was friendly, and polite and very professional. I was so impressed I bought them a box of chocolates to say thank you!

Good service. The guy tried to sell me a new tyre to be used as a spare one, saying that with an old spare tyre, I wouldn't have been able to pass the MOT. That's not true, as in the government’s website, they say the garages don't check the quality of your spare tyre.

Had to do an emergency stop here today, bonnet wouldn't close .Help was provided again , not the first emergency stop I have had here! Bonnet was looked at & sorted within 5 minutes by fantastic member of the team at McDonald road.I have for the past few years had my car serviced and MOT done here and at all times have been impressed by the teams customer service. My car had a high pitched noise when braking. They replaced both brake pad and disc but the problem didnt get resolved. The noise came back after just 1 week. I came back and they cleaned up the brake but the minute i drove out, the noise came. It was very annoying. They said the new brake need time for bedding in and i need to drive for 200 miles. But again but the sound is even louder. So i am wondering if they really changed the brake. I came back but they are not happy to take me in. They keeps saying they will clean up and if it doesnt work they will change to a new brake. It has been bad experience and wasted lots of my time
