Very very bad service no one helpful. I been wait there 1and half hours for my appointment but no one call my name and after later the men said to come next week. Very disrespectful and I recommended to change the staff or close this GP. They won't even deserve one star.

Doesn't even deserve a 1 star... worst GP practice in Wolverhampton by far. Staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful... Im currently sat in he GP for OVER 1 HOUR for an appointment that was made over the phone. THIS ALWAYS HAPPENS TOO... I'll save my opinions on the DR'S however please join somewhere else. Don't do it to yourselves!

Trying to get an appointment is a nightmare at the moment… they have changed their telephone call system so you end up on a switchboard which calls out for 2 minutes and you get cut off…Had a poor experience with one of the female Asian doctors who was very judgemental and did not listen to me at first. I went in with a UTI and the doctor was convinced it was a STI before even taking a urine sample. She finally tested my urine sample which turned out that I did in fact have a UTI

I was trying to get appointment by calling the receptionist people never answer the phone I was waiting in the queue long time whenever my call went through they just keep putting my call down yesterday Finally I had a appointment for my daughter I was late only 5 minutes they refused to seen her . When doctors running late and we are waiting 20 to 30 minutes for doctor to seen us then they don’t even realise how long we have been been waiting our time is not impotentFor them. This is not fair at all I personally don’t recommend anyone to go there .

Don’t even deserve 1 stars, 111 booked my appointment with them and they never called, when I called them to remind them that lady over the phone was rude and didn’t care about my appointment or a health didn’t even bother to ask me what is the problem. They don’t deserve to work there this GB should be ban and close so people won’t expect to get treatment where is no treatment available,, extremely disappointed ☹️.

Useless practice rude customer service and old lady doctor’s attitude so bad and aggressive. Most of times they call me over 30 minutes after my appointment.

The service is not even one star. Voice mail states to call after 09.30 for appointments, when called at 08.30 call cut out. When called at 09.30 been advised no appointments left until Wednesday for painful ear infection. What are GPS getting paid for?

I have had absolutely no problems with this surgery at all since moving to the area over a year ago now. Staff are always pleasant and happy to help and will always try to make appointments and get medications if it’s urgent. Not sure why there are so many negative comments I personally have not experienced any issues here.

Worst gp in Uk I guess! As no 1 answers calls & at all after 10 attempts someone will answer & say no appointment as doctors on holiday. Well how you running a gp without doctors! This place need to look out from some senior nhs department or close it down

No one ever answers the call to be able to make an appointment. At this event I called for 8 days literally 5-6 calls a day, all at different times. Had to go in to make an appointment which was 7 days after. All this whilst my mum is at home suffering with no inhaler for her Asthma coz appparently she’s due a review
