Rude arrogant driver getting stroppy and almost telling my wife she cannot take her medical bag on the coach, telling her to put it in the storage area as we are only going to Ely despite telling him she needed it.

I was on a school trip today and the way back home and kids fainted including me and they had no air con and my friend is going to the doctor because the coaches was so warm don’t go on this coach

We used Youngs Coaches for a large trip, spread out over 2 days in the Cambridge/Ely area.The coaches were good/clean, arrived on time, with no hassle. Drivers were fine.In future when we need to hire coaches again, we shall certainly keep Youngs coaches in mind and would happily use again.

Last Sunday, we hired a Youngs Coach to take guests from Cambridge to Hever in Kent for my daughters wedding. My whole experience of dealing with Youngs Coaches has been first class from the booking to the return journey. Edward the boss is a pleasure to deal with and is totally professional. The Coach was immaculate and the Driver was very accommodating to our guests. I would highly recommend them. Well done Edward and your Team. Thank you for being part of our special day!! Hello, I am here to share my rubbish experience on Young’s Coaches. My son had a residential with his school and on his way back he threw up because there was no ventilation whatsoever. There were no windows at all and the air conditioner’s highest setting is as bad as my dad’s 2001 Toyota. Would not recommend for school trips. If I could I would rate this company 0 stars.
