Domino's Pizza - Leeds - Burley Road

Didn't even manage to deliver our pizza.We ordered 4 pizzas, which after more than an hour hadn't arrived. Naturally we tried phoning to see what the situation was, but no-one picked up until what must have been the tenth attempt to call them. Even after that, we never got the pizza. I don't mind the order being late - it happens. But this was just non-existent customer service, and the order didn't even arrive let alone being late.

Had 6 Domino menus posted through my door in the past 2 days!

The quality of the pizza is above average for the UK. I’ve worked for Subway before and I do realise its tough working at jobs like this and people often expect exceptional customer service without being on the other side, but I do agree with some other reviews. The staff should at least greet people who enter the store. I’ve experienced poor service myself & on few occasions things were forgotten from the order so definitely room for improvement there. They do offer free 7 inch pizza sometimes so thanks for that! - you need Wuntu app though.

Nice service and pizza, not a fan of the dips though

I came in branch to order a pizza here recently. Was eventually greated by the only member of staff in there.... He was on the make line coughing all over the pizzas and surfaces and told me I had to order online.... Then he would make it. I told him why the AF would I pay £20 odd for a pizza made be somebody as ill as he was. I wouldnt have eaten a pizza made by somebody with a cough if you paid me £200. I've twice worked for Domino's. I was appalled by this branch and won't ever order there again in person or online. The parking matched the CS. Piss poor

Complete joke of a dominos chain restaurant.I ordered two large pizzas at 10:30PM on a Wednesday night, and whether it was due to the chef rushing to close and go home or some other reason, one of my pizzas was completely botched.I asked for a hamburger pizza with a few amendments; no gherkins, no burger sauce, mushrooms and extra cheese.What I got was a default burger pizza with no amendments made, with the onions being barely chopped. Massive chunks of onion, bigger than both of my thumbs combined laid flat on the mess that this branch excused for a Domino's pizza.Before leaving this review, I tried to get ahold of this branch and get a re-delivery. Never experienced such bad service in my life. Order said it had been delivered when it had not, so I gave it 10 minutes to see if it would show up. I ring up the shop and tell them and they say they have tried to ring me and I have not given the right number, so I asked why would the driver not come and knock on my door or ring the bell, he said we can not do that as it is a flat (baring in mind it is a house, with 2 flats, so he would have only had to ring 2 bells). He also mentioned how I did not give the correct address as I did not put my flat number, baring in mind on the Dominos app it physically does not give you the choice to choose which flat I am in. He at this point is screaming down the phone to me calling me a liar, I asked him to just deliver the pizza again. The delivery driver comes and I asked why he did not ring the bell, he looked confused so I asked if it was him who did the previous delivery, he lied and said no then changed his story telling me that he had rang both bells and no one came down and rang my phone, which is a lie as my bell is very loud and would have not been heard. I asked him why he just lied to me and also why they lied about me putting the wrong phone number, which they rang the second time they came despite me not giving them the number again. The pizza was stone cold and the service was disgusting the driver and im assuming manager should be fired, as screaming and lying to a customer is not acceptable.

Delivered But Very Very Late, I Would Say over 90 Minutes.Been Ordering From Here for Sometime, The Delivery Usually is a Bit Late and Normally Goes at Around 60 Minutes but Last Time It Just Went Too Too Long. Driver Said Sorry for Being Late as It was Mega Busy but The Issue was The Food. It Was Cold And You Could Tell It Had Been in The Car for Sometime. Rung Store The Phone Kept Ringing but No One Answered.

Was a terrible experience. I think in this evening all there was drunk or sleeping during the delivery time. In fact , the man with delivery forget all ordering ????? Missing items all the time2 times in a row there were missing items in my order,I call there .and the staff very rude when I didn't want to wait another hour for my missing pizza simply told me that if I don't want to wait to take my money back,after 2 hours waiting the food it is not nice to wait another hour to receive the complete order.Never order again. Pizza was horrible and no have inside nothing maybe first was in litter bin, look dirty and no ingredients . 20 pounds for nothing! Really sad as I do like the pizza. To prevent any further issues with anyone else complaining with the same problem, I urge to you to act promptly. Thank you. Its any star at all!
