Collis Edison were incredibly helpful throughout our year with them. Any very minor issues we had with the house were quickly and smoothly resolved including new bed frames and mattresses for all rooms in the house :)

I rented a flat for 2 years through them and the best experience I had with any letting agency. Matt responds quickly, any issues he gets them sorted asap. Matt was amazing; let me move in sooner than expected and the flat was cleaned very well before I moved in, even on the short notice. The best letting agency for young professionals.

I can highly recommend Collis Edison LLP. They have looked after two blocks of flats and a number of commercial properties for me for 6 years or so. They clearly have a vast experience of property management, are business-like, diligent and conscientious. They go over and above when dealing with tenants needs and repairs are dealt with speedily and efficiently. Their communication is excellent as is their financial reporting and accounting. They have always been nothing less than dependable, loyal, hardworking and trustworthy. I wouldn’t work with anyone else.

I was a tenant of Collis Edison as a student for 2 years. Matt responded rapidly to all communications and any problems we had with the property were generally sorted instantaneously wether large or small. Everything within the property was kept in good working order and problems that arose were never blamed on us as tenants. I could not recommend Collis Edison more highly, they do everything they can to ensure your experience is as good as it can be and make every effort to get to know their tenants.

Communication with Matt at Collis Edison was very easy and he was very responsive. Whenever we needed assistance with plumbing and washing machine issues, they were sorted out quickly, if not immediately. There wasn't a mess around with the deposit unlike what everyone else I know, which was great!

Matt was our property manager for all five years we lived in Newcastle, and he was responsive, helpful and communicative throughout the entire tenancy - whenever we had a problem, he’d get it sorted out as quickly as possible! I’d definitely recommend working with Collis Edison and considering any of their properties!

I rented with Collis Edison for 4.5 years as a postgrad student and then a young professional - and it was easily the best experience I’ve ever had with an estate agent (and I’ve moved around a lot). Matt was always friendly, responsive, and sorted problems quickly. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a rental in Newcastle.
