My fiance and I have been training with John for around 3 months and we are thrilled so far with the results. John is friendly, energetic and knowledgeable on various exercises and movements to suit desired results. Importantly, I have a number of injuries and John is always recommending alternative exercises to strengthen the area and ensures zero impact or pain. I highly recommend John to anyone on their fitness journey.

I've had the great fortune to meet and work with John, who is the only PT who has been able to help me deal with chronic back pain which has been giving me trouble for 10 years. John has great precision, intent and balance in his approach, caring for the individual he's working with. He pushes where required, while being careful where needed. He puts a lot of effort into producing and delivering his work, which is well thought-through and with intent, in order to achieve results. John has always been very punctual, professional and reasonably priced.Finally, on a personal note, John is a pleasure and fun to work with. I sincerely can't recommend him enough!Fyllon

Couldn't have found a better trainer!Works closely with me to establish my goals and then puts in meticulous plans on diet, work out plans, lifestyle and the sessions themselves to make them a reality. John is a highly motivating and experienced personal trainer. The sessions were tailored to my level of fitness and what I wanted to achieve and he always pushed me the right amount. Even now, I still use his routines in the gym and refer to them as 'John workouts'. John is also more than a fitness coach - he gave me advice on nutrition and physical health, we had life chats and I always looked forward to our weekly sessions. I definitely recommend!

John’s training has not only helped to keep me fit but has never once been boring. The exercises he makes me do always include those I’ve never done before. I enjoy the banter that goes with each session too despite the hard work he makes me do!

My boyfriend and I trained with John for over a year and he was a brilliant fitness coach. We felt supported, motivated and learnt a range of fitness techniques that we continue to use today. John is also really easy to get along with and clearly knows his stuff when it comes to fitness and nutrition.
