I’m absolutely disgusted with your store! And the fact you don’t tell customers your refund policy when there purchasing an item in store. I returned a pair of trainers with the time limited because they were rubbish and clearly had before tried on lots of times before I purchased them and you give me a credit note to buy again from your store instead of giving me a full refund!! Absolute joke i don’t want to buy anything from your store again! When buying a product the staff should let you know there refund policy! Miss sold its does also say on website they can give you a full refund! They chose to give you credit note to trap you into buying from them! You can’t contact customer service as no number and the email address given doesn’t work!! Just poor customer service in general!!!

Been shopping here often over the years, not a bad store, very big, lots of choices. Prices have been very high for years now tho, hope to see some competitive sales.I had a bad experience last year, when a over weight woman employee said loudly to her colleague,imagine a guy being 28 and still living at home with his mum*I was like.. I don't think she's talking about me

I bought a pair of Karrimor boots from here online in September 2022 both of the soles have fallen off by July 2023. Poor Quality Products, they weren't cheap boots either!

Staff were awful. No one seems to know what they're doing and no customer service skills whatsoever! On the first visit we waited in the queue with only one person serving. She then didn't have the bar code so that took a while and another person came to help but couldn't have looked more miserable if she'd tried!The next day we had to exchange a couple of items and got the miserable looking girl again. But had to wait to be served while her and another girl were finishing their conversation. Again she didn't smile, or day 'please' or 'thank you' at any point.I understand these are young people but some customer service training really wouldn't go amiss here! My cat could do a better job!Certainly won't be visiting this store any time soon ☹️

One of the most pointless shops I've ever been to. I'm a tennis player and either they have something against tennis or whoever orders stock is absolutely incompetent. Every visit is a roll of the dice. Tried to buy a racket bag, no bags for over 3 weeks so I gave up and bought online. No wrist bands, no grip tape, so bought from my club. Went to buy a second racket today and the section looked like it had been ransacked. About 6 rackets with very poor choice. I just won't bother with them anymore.

I have ordered a jersey three days ago and payed extra for a next day delivery. It still has not been delivered! If your workers are incompetent then do not advertise yourself online! I highly do not advice ordering from this site as they cannot keep their word! Any placed order from sports direct will only deliver you stress and nerves waiting for a package that has never been sent! Worst delivery ever!

Went today to buy two pairs of trainers found what I wanted stood around waiting for some staff one girl was packing something a til but seemed not interested put shoes back on shelf and went to leave there was another member of staff standing at door chatting I asked him he said only one member of staff on the shoes shall I go find him ITS A BLOODY SHOE SHOP ONE MEMBER shall not return

Good choices available at affordable prices. Staff could smile a bit when making communication. Brought clothes, shoes and the girl packed the clothes and did not pack the 2 boxes of shoes. Left wondering if she would pack but just kept staring at me thinking what i am waiting for. Common sense pls put the shoe boxes inside the carrier bag. Done it by myself whilst she looked on.

Staff friendly and helpful, store was flooded with new stock and many new items hadn't yet got a Sports Direct price tag on and it became frustrating having to ask for a few different items.This store needs to move to a bigger unit instead of being so crammed in and having to break your neck to see the top racks!!Shop is clean and as far as Sports Direct stores go, this one is always reliable and the staff always willing to help!

Brought a few items today that were the wrong size, so I had to return to get the correct size. This was all in the space of 10 minutes. Changing room had no lights in either of them, and the curtain was ripped, and no staff member around to ask about this, so I used my phone light. Got to the tills and only one person was serving, there was an issue with my receipt as the cashier didn't scan everything properly the first time, so the queue behind me was getting longer, the man had to call for help as he wasn't sure what to do and another person came over, I found him to be condescending to the man at the counter and he didn't even stay to help with the queue or even acknowledge the people waiting and call someone else over. I finally managed to change my items over (queue is about 5 deep now) and was informed that they don't offer refunds, only credit notes, I think Sports direct are missing a trick here!! Wasn't great to hear as the items were still in original packaging, and I only had them for 10 minutes. I just needed correct sizes. I felt really bad for the person on the till and feel there is a lot more the company/managers can do to support there customers and staff. Not a great visit and now I have a credit note after a loss in confidence from them
