Andy fixed my garage door lock and changed my outhouse Mortis locks came when agreed, it took longer than expected but did a wonderful job and made sure I was happy before leaving and even though the job took longer than expected he only wanted the amount agreed. Will be using Andy again when I need it.

Andy was absolutely brilliant, he arrived within a couple of hours after I called for help, and soon had us secured again. He sourced our uncommon replacement part and fitted it really promptly. His perseverance was above and beyond, determined to find the cause of why it broke, and to solve that problem too so the new part won’t also break. Our door now operates and secures better than it if did, even when it was new. So glad I asked for his help.

Called Andy late am today and he came early pm to look at my patio doors that would not unlock. He quickly had them open, found the problem and offered a couple of solutions one of which I selected. He had the new lock mechanism installed and doors working within the hour. Thoroughly recommend Andy for anyone wanting a competent and reliable locksmith. Great job!

Needed some patio doors adjusting and realigning to allow them to lock correctly. Came when planned, was courteous and explained the issues with the doors and fixed them so they close better than when they were first fitted. Good price and knowledgeable. Will definitely use again for any other issues with doors / windows / locks.
