Nick and his team were responsive, friendly and professional, delivered a great quote and did the work on a tight timeframe without any faff. Unlike other installers in the area they didn't inflate the scope of work beyond what was necessary nor talk my ear off with unnecessary detail - a really great bunch and I can totally recommend them to anyone! Amazingly they also seem to always answer the phone instantly.

Excellent service from start to finish from Nick, Matt and the team. We had a range of electrical works done on our house as part of a renovation - new exterior sockets, lights, interior smoke alarms, a new consumer unit, plugs and light fittings. Nick was super responsive to questions throughout, provided excellent advice and guidance, and clearly has a good eye for detail and quality of work. The works were carried out to an excellent standard by Matt and the team and all in all it was a great experience. Would thoroughly recommend them for any electrical works.

The manager was quick to understand that my elderly mother was panicked when all the electrics were out at her cottage. He gave good initial advice over the phone and when all his staff were still out on other calls he kindly came himself and fixed the problem. Nick was very responsible, efficient and patient. My boiler caused all the sockets to go down on Saturday morning, and I found him after making 6-7 phone calls to the others. We had relocated from a city without using boilers, and Nick was very patient to elaborate what was going on with the system, and referred another very responsive heating engineer to fix the rest after his electrical parts was done.We are so lucky to have found him.

I first chose Complete Electrical Solutions (Cambridge) because of the positive reviews it received. The reviewers were right - the service I got from CES was simply AMAZING! The quote was utterly reasonable in the present financial climate (no extra hidden charges). The Rointe products (electric heaters) they recommended had been tried and tested. The installation itself was impeccable. Equally important, Nick of CES was able to accommodate a couple of small electrical tasks I made in addition to the 'main job'; he was incredibly patient as well as efficient. The electricians appeared on the date agreed and tidied up the premises before they left. It was a big task to replace all storage heaters and do other electrical jobs, but everything went smoothly, including the delivery and taking away of a skip! The affected walls were 'made good' due to Nick's timely liaising with a decorating company. All in all, the service I received was 'complete' and entirely flawless. I cannot recommend CES more highly; such company deserves all our support.

Called Nick with an emergency on a Friday night (house had no power). Nick talked me through the issue immediately and stayed on hand to resolve the problem. Will be hiring Nick and his team to fix the underlying cause. Really grateful for the Friday night help.

We have used electrical solutions for several jobs since moving into our new house. We had plug sockets moved and all new switches and plugs throughout the house.
