Had one of the Christmas special hot chocolates. Service was quick, really friendly staff especially Anna, made us feel very welcome and comfortable, would definitely come again.

Service was absolutely disgusting. Anna needs a food safety course. Constantly touching her mouth and hair - flicking it around where there is uncovered sandwiches waiting to be plated. Nobody has a clue what they are doing. Massive queue for no reason. Just seems the Batista's are shouting alot and not actually grasping what's going on. Multiple - over 10 tables dirty and not being cleaned between collecting the dirty trays. I would recommend going to another Costa or Starbucks down the road. Let's next down!

Atmosphere is nice, food is good but service could be better - Retail park in merry hill the barista’s try to make conversation & this store should follow their lead as it can make someone’s day just that little bit better!

Nice space and plenty of seating. Drinks were okay, I've had better but not bad. Could've been a lot cleaner. All under the table was crumbs and all seats were a little dirty.

Staff very unorganised and didnt seem to have a clue what was going on. I go to Costa in Kidderminster regularly and have the same drink. Salted Caramel Crunch. Here at Costa in Next the drink wasn't blended nearly enough and there were big chunks of ice still in he drink which made it difficult to drink. Straws are completely useless as they go soggy. Staff got confused with orders and just seemed a bit poorly trained. It wasn't busy and they were unable to cope...
