I highly recommend this studio for matwork, reformer, Cadillac. The classes are small and tailored to each individual clients needs and abilities.

Joined the classes this summer and love it. The classes are small so the instructor can offer individuals feedback and modify exercises to your needs. They are also friendly and welcoming, I look forward to going! Emma is a great instructor and over the last 5 months I’ve noticed a real improvement physically and it’s also had an amazing impact on my mental health! So thanks everyone at Pilates Studio Cumbria and my lovely class!
