This is the worst delivery company ever . I can’t even advise my enemy to use it . And I will tell anyone who care to listen about my terrible experience with FedEx . I was expecting my parcel on the 1st , I stayed home all day , had to leave my window opened in order to see the delivery driver. Only for them not to show up with my parcel , the next mail I got from them , they lied that they came and didn’t meet me at home . They also lied that they have attempted to deliver to me three times . All lies , they made me miss my birthday shoot because the parcel I am expecting contains hair I need for my shoot . I phone one of the rep she said I can go for pickup and that they are available for pickup on Saturday. I spent over £100 on cab to the place cause I don’t stay close , only for me to get there at 1pm and they security told me I can’t pick because there is no one there to attend to me . Currently now they still have me parcel , they said they will send it back to Nigeria. They

Now I just have to wait at the door all day for my lovely delivery to arrive

The worst courier company ever existed. A courier company that doesn’t deliver. Expensive item bought lost. Now have to claim refund from seller

War torn 3rd World Country in here complete with Somalians eating their dinners with bare hands. Delightful young chap adorned with what can only be described as machete scars upon his cannock handballing bare spaghetti in his gob. Toilets looked like a murder scene. I bid you fairwell

Absolutely atrocious. Firstly the driver made a mistake and stated that they delivered the parcel to resident signed by me!! But they had gone to the wrong address luckily the person refused the parcel however he marked it delivered it meant couldn’t just go out for redelivery also at this point I had no clue what was happening so I thought it was just delivered somewhere unknown and my parcel was gone. I tried so much to contact FedEx I didn’t hear anything until around 5-6 days after the “delivery”. This parcel was worth over £1000. I contacted Amazon and all they wanted to do was refund that product but I needed it even though it passed the day that I initially needed it for. Someone contacted me and put it out for redelivery, AGAIN no one turned up then the system updated refused by resident!!! I emailed the guy who gave me an option to pick it up from then Witton office, I was unable to go he said if I emailed him my family members name once they have ID they would release the parcel. My family member tries to collect the parcel the lady had absolutely no manners stating that if my family member really worked for Royal Mail he should know he can’t collect the parcel due to data protection!! Then she was make rude remarks through the whole process. Then when I was speaking to my family member via the phone I said I really don’t want to come down there because I’m already not happy she said “tell her to watch her mouth because I’ll call police and hold her till they come” like seriously 1. I wasn’t speaking to her and 2. if I come down there as an unhappy costumer why on earth would the police need to be called?!. I had to be sending emails to prove that they said they would release the parcel in the end it took another gentleman who’s probably the nicest person we have dealt with but also the person we have had less contact with to call me to reverify and gave my family the parcel. ALSO I spoke to the person dealing with the issue he then says he couldn’t refund me the delivery I have to contact the store to request a refund and then they can refund the money. It’s just absolutely annoying that a company can get so much wrong if these thing happened individually or even if it was redelivered correctly it non of this would have happened!!

A courier service that can’t find addresses. Literally the only point of their business and they can’t do it. Automated customer service doesn’t help either. No one to contact and no help offered. Deserves minus stars. If you want to ship or receive a parcel then use Royal Mail!

Parcel claimed to be delivered but CCTV on my property shows no such thing ! Request days and time of delivery no response! Virtual used to identify issue no response? Waiting for item still no response! I am advising my sellers to choose another courier service from now on first and last time will be used

First time use in my life and rubbish service and customer service as well they donot know address as well where is the fedex location and postcode never use in my life again

They are just giving traumas as UKVI Documents are important to me, every morning I take off and they say I was not home, USELESS COMPANY, UKVI should stop their contract with them!!!
