I have been working with McArthur Dean for the past 2-3 Years, They have helped me pass x2 Business Apprenticeships and develop myself in my role.McArthur Dean have also been a great help when it comes to recruiting and hiring Apprentices, providing a wide range of Diverse and Great Candidates.All the staff are extremely Knowledgeable and helpful, I couldn't recommend them more. I was referred to McArthur Dean because I wanted an apprenticeship. I applied they got back to me very quickly, I got invited to an interview within a week, where I was then placed in my traineeship.McArthur Dean training is an amazing company and has supported me throughout my entire traineeship, and made sure I was in a placement that was right for me. I would 100% recommend it for younger people trying to get into the working environment.

My learning experience with McArthur Dean has been one of the most enjoyable experiences. I was not confident at learning initially, but they have helped me to know that I CAN DO IT. So much so that I am continuing to learn with them and starting my next level. Learning with McArthur Dean has not only helped me in my work life but in My personal life too. All the staff are friendly and approachable and go above and beyond to help you and feel comfortable to learn.

McArthur Dean have been amazing with me so far. The staff are absolutely lovely and make you feel so welcomed and comfortable, as well as striving to find opportunities that are suitable for your skill set. I went in for an apprenticeship, which wasn't going to be suitable for me and within the same day and the following day, I had two interviews lined up! Would highly recommend

I started at McauthurDeans doing a 7 - week- traineeship and then progressed onto doing a Customer Service apprenticeship. I have gained many skills which include: confidence, community and many more. Julie helped me massively as my journey was a rollercoaster but I had support whenever I needed it! Id recommend them massively like I have to many of my friends and siblings already. Belinda is an amazing tutor and assessor and whenever there is a problem, they manage to get it resolved asap!

I signed up with McArthur Dean late July, for a customer service apprentership. the whole process was quick and easily also if I had any questions about the process of my apprenticeship they was always answered. The members of staff at McArthur Dean explained to me in detail what my apprenticeship is about and how I will be able to achieve my apprenticeship to the best of my ability. I had an overall great experience.

Terrible experience. Rude member of staff called Julie made my daughter feel anxious and talked down to us both. Don't know why she works there , no compassion at all !!

I am an employee at McArthur Dean. I started at McArthur Dean in 2012 on an Access to Apprenticeships and was taken on full time not long after. I have progressed from Business Adminstration Level 2 to Business Administration Level 4. McArthur Dean are an excellent company to work with and they have been very supportive with my career path. I would definitely recommend McArthur Dean to anyone who is looking to undertake an Apprenticeship or would like to get some work experience on the Traineeship.
