Booked an appointment for my son who has suffered from back pain for a while now and more recently injured his shoulder. From the first phone call where the receptionist was extremely professional and friendly through to the appointment with DR Balraj Sahota who was fantastic. My son was made to feel at ease throughout and left feeling alot better. I couldn't recommend these guys enough.

They helped exacerbate my condition. I had one of their chiropractors argue with me about my medical history, dispute the symptoms I was experiencing and basically misdiagnose my condition. Bro, applying more force is not panacea for myofascial pain. To be fair, chiropractic medicine falls under quackery, so I don't know why I was expecting much. Save your money as you can do yoga, a variety of stretches and visit a massage therapist for better value for your money. 1 star

Went for my first appointment today in regards to having constant migraines. I saw Zahra and she was so friendly and went into so much detail about what could be causing my migraines and how she could potentially help reduce them. The first lot of treatment was amazing and I can’t wait to go back!

Just wanted to say how lovely this practice is and its staff. They really helped my mum when she came in with a bad back. Unfortunately they couldn't help at the time and refered her to the hospital dispite this the staff were so caring and kind and helped her in her hour of need. Thanks so much.

Got nothing but positive things to say about this place. The staff is very warm and welcoming. Zahra is extremely professional on diagnosis and treatment methods, which have been super helpful to alleviate my lower back discomfort. She kept working on ways to pinpoint the issues but also aided me to strengthen my lower back via functional exercises. I am glad to see my back recovering well by the day. She's an absolute star!

Went because I had lots of knotting and tension in my back, had a sports massage with Dawn, she listened to what I wanted and it was exactly as I hoped. Not rushed and just the right amount of pressure. Feel much better now and would definitely recommend to anyone.

I've been going to Hillsborough Chiropractic for 15+ years. Sonja is one of the most conscientious and professional people I have ever met. If she doesn't think she can help you, she says so, instead of pretending she can. She really knows what she is doing, has provided real help and relief from pain more times than I can count. She is also always adding to her skills by taking extra courses in things that will help her to help her clients.The rest of the staff are also friendly, professional and extremely helpful. I recommend HC to all my friends.

I’ve been seeing Sonja aloe for a number of years and she has been absolutely fantastic! Always professional and friendly, with lovely reception staff. The COVID adaptions they have made seem appropriate and made me feel safe to attend. Would highly recommend!
