Seems to go wrong here more often than not...?Our order was very simple because there's no gluten-free options here whatsoever. A salad, 2 fries, 4 ketchup, to take away. What we got: the salad, only 1 fries, no ketchup at all, and they forgot it was for takeaway.My gosh, how on earth can you make so many mistakes in such a simple order??? Better skip this McDonald's.

Quite fast service in a very busy restaurant. The serving staff got our order right, despite a lot of distractions with the amount of people in the restaurant and hanging around.

Always good food excellent customer service from McDonald's, atmosphere livery and busy but space available to sit down, clean and tidy no table left with food . A good time at McDonald's.

The food was very nice. The golden fries were fabulous. The mozzarella bites were crispy and every bite was yummy. The malteaser ice cream could of had a few more pieces of chocolate. All in all its very good.

They wouldn’t let pregnant woman use the toilet. Male was mopping the floor white customers were inside no wet floor sign and was being rude to the pregnant lady in need. The manager on shift wasn’t any better. He behaved like he owns the place! Also why staff aren’t wearing gloves when handling food and making orders ?! It’s clearly visible from the waiting area!

Disgusting people working in this place , never ever in my life happend something like this... I don't cook usually so every 2 days I buy takeaways, and living next to Mc happens that i get food there every 2 3 times a week and never happened, but many times objects missing from my order i ask them ,they are very rude to you and now this...a bite to my burger... wow please do something they ruining the name of McDonald's, is shameful to see something, imagine reaching home afther work with your food and find out they half eaten it at the restaurant , now i can't even finish it .... and im starving , thank you Mcdonald Ealing and your disgusting employees...

Clean, well maintained and well organized. Plenty of space to eat inside and sometimes quite crowded.Wheelchair accessible but it's broken they need to fix it

Always giving the wrong food. If we said with mayo they are gonna give without it. And if we said without mayo they are gonna give you with mayo. My husband is allergic to mayo. When it happened 1..2 times, we said it’s fine. But again?? No way!! Worst experience ever!!❌

Ordered large deluxe hot chocolate. They filled in 2/3 of my cup so I could have just ordered a regular for less. No whipped cream either so again, I could have just gone for the normal hot chocolate ans get it for half price of what I paid.
