If I had the option to give NO STARS I would! My partner and I popped into this Costa on a day out, and wasn't pleased with the customer service we received. To start things off, we stood waiting at the counter whilst members of staff 'floated about as if they didn't know what to do. Eventually we ordered our 2 hot chocolates and cakes
