AVOID AVOID AVOID... save your self the hassle. Expensive and charged more than the initial quote. Took over 2 weeks to receive the report and full of errors and lack of communication. Poorest service imaginable.

Could not be more pleased with the service from Shepherd in Oban. The survey was carried out in a friendly, professional manner by David, who produced a report in a timely fashion. Phoned for further details of a survey on a house purchase nobody phoned back as promised, rather unprofessional when it was made clear it was needed quite quickly.
