I do not usually leave reviews, but credit should go to where it is due. We had the pleasure of dealing with Lewis Winter from the Ealing Branch on our purchase which completed exactly one week ago. Lewis was the Seller's agent. As the Buyer, all our interactions with Lewis were stress-free. Lewis was always responsive, reliable and professional. He was contactable at very short notice for the multiple viewings of the house we requested and very patient with all of our queries throughout (we had many!). We found he went above and beyond to communicate up and down the chain, chasing our very own estate agent and solicitors alike to conclude milestones such as exchange and completion dates. After a year of staying at a property rented through Savills, I’ve been patient due to it being a new build. However a year down the line we still have issues with the flushes in toilets, damp and condensation in the bathrooms and night lights that have never worked outside the front and back of property. Worst thing of all is initially agreeing to a parking space to be allocated to us which was an extremely important reason for renting the flat, we were told that they were not providing the allocated spaces just yet although one of flats was subsequently allocated a space. For most of the year it has been okay as there was always a space available, we now have issues with parking and being where we are located and the fact we have 2 young children it’s become a complete nightmare. Okay so updated review, Toby and the team do their best to sort out any issues and currently our parking isn’t an issue for the time being. Thanks guys for being available!
