Not sure of the drivers name this morning but he was the only one on call. He was kind, friendly and went out of his way to help. He's the first driver in sleaford(including yvonnes drivers) that's actually folded my wheelchair up for me and put it in his boot instead of making me do it myself. Can't recommend enough

Sorry for the slow reply, just wanted to say what a super company you are, last weekend we had a wedding and you managed to accommodate the majority of our guests through your the day/evening vehicles looked impeccable and the drivers were very patient and pleasant , for yore information you was highly recommended by the venue and I can see why, thank you

Booked a taxi for 12:30 at night to take us back from a wedding, didn’t turn up. Then when we called we were told they were already ‘double booked’ as it was and there was ‘no way’ they’d be able to do our booking, despite confirming they could do it the night before (and even amending our time as we initially wanted 12) Luckily our friends had space in their mini bus from a different firm. Would never recommend.

Not great first impressions. I have rang them twice and each time they seem to busy to talk. Me. Have you got any taxis available? The last time 2 days ago was for a young lad who had missed his train and wanted a taxi to Grantham from Ruskington. The male voice sad he had no taxis before I had finished asking. The first time I wanted to pre-book round trip to Sleaford. Literally would have only been there 2 minutes and back. Even ringing early and being easy with what time suits them they had no availability. Thankfully J2B taxis although he was fully booked managed to fit me in.

Terrible. Didn’t tell us we needed to pay deposit for the way back and left us stranded 25 miles from home. Do NOT recommend !!!!!!! Picked us up and was fine and when we gave him the money for the way there he never mentioned money for the way back. So disappointed. Very high priced!!!!

The driver was quite rude when I asked about discounts because the fare was high. He didn't need to have responded in such manner. Otherwise, he got me to my destination in one piece.

Prebooked a taxi 4 hours in advance. Didn't arrive at arranged time. 10 mins later called and he said he had been to our address but we had been waiting and he hadn't. Said he'd be back in 30 seconds if we stood outside. So we did. He didn't come back. We called and called then he turned phone off. Sleaford taxis are pretty poor but this is the worst of the lot.
