We chose Whitegates Mirfield to sell our house through numerous recommendations. Olly showed enthusiasm and passion from the very start and created some fabulous photos that showcased our home perfectly.In some challenging circumstances Olly remained professional and went above and beyond to ensure the chain did not collapse. Olly had the determination and experience to solve all the obstacles put in front of us.We appreciated the personable approach that was backed up excellent communication in what was a stressful time.I would highly recommend Whitegates Mirfield  as Olly and the team are fabulous at what they do.

Whitegates were fantastic managing our buyer and helping us with a very difficult and lengthy process caused by our onwards purchase. They were professional and willingly stepped in on a number of occasions to sort out issues which occurred further up our chain, even though it wasn't technically their responsibility to do so. Olly, Gill and Chris were quite simply brilliant and well worth every penny.I would strongly recommend Whitegates on the basis that anyone can sell your house, but if things go wrong or you start to hit bumps in the road then you need a professional with the experience to keep the chain together. I'd use them again without hesitation.

It's a few years late but better late than never. I used Whitegates Mirfield, to assist me with renting and eventually selling my home. The service they gave was above and beyond. I was living abroad at the time which meant I was unable to be on hand to deal with situations as they arose and it was incredibly reassuring to know that Ollie and Chris were taking care of things for me. I could really trust them and they proved time and time again that they had my best interests at heart at all times. They seemed to me to genuinely care about me as a customer and a person. I went to Whitegates after checking all the other agents in the area; I was so glad I did as I had definitely made the right choice. From the first time I meet all the staff, Olly the Manager Chris, Tracy and Gill I was treated as though I was special and all my questions and concerns were answered. We found Gill, Chris and Ollie of Whitegates in Mirfield friendly, helpful and efficient. I highly recommend whitegates, they literally took the hassle out of what was for us as a family a difficult sale, property belonging to our late mum.
