Lois is an excellent pilates teacher. I have been going to her classes for a year and they have helped me so much in my recovery from serious injuries. I highly recommend her.

Myself and my husband have used Lois for our Pilarties - mainly because of my husbands chronic back pain and nothing was too much trouble for her. She really cares about her pupils and goes the extra mile to give you the care that you need to help to exercise to improve any problems. - She is hard working to ensure that everying runs smoothly - Its such a shame that people feel the need to have a moan.

I’ve been to a few different Pilates classes but after finding diamond press, I would never go anywhere else! Lois spends the time to ensure you are doing everything correctly. She specialises in helping people with injuries and has helped to keep my ongoing back problems at bay.

Absolutely superb service. She combines the Pilates techniques with Osteopathy to get to the cause of the problem. Her small classes and hands on approach are definitely not your Pilates classes in a gym with an instructor just telling you what to do.I would definitely recommend her.

Diamond Press Pilates is an excellent choice, Ive been with Lois now for almost 5 yrs and I feel really fortunate to have found such a dedicated tutor that is not just a Body Control trained instructor but the addition osteopathy she’s training in is of huge benefit too. She is very attentive and keeps a close eye on each individual within the small group of students per class.Highly recommend
