Was recommended this place so booked to have mani/pedi and Gel nails on Wednesday morning. I was flying out for 2 weeks on Friday.Thursday evening 5 nails had started lifting. I had no time to go back to the salon due to me leaving very early Friday morning. So I called them about 10 mins before they closed. Was asked to send pictures via Instagram.. its been overa week and I've heard nothing.I bought some nail glue from sainsbury to try and glue the bits that were lifting. By the time I arrived at the hotel I had 2 gels left on each nail!They lifted off in complete pieces. I get Gels montly in winchmore hill. I wouldn't be going back to honey nails again. Apart from when I return from holiday to collect my refund.Maybe this review will prompt them to acknowledge my Instagram DM!

This place is amazing!!! The staff are all super lovely and all very talented. I started coming here in May 2021 and have now been a total of 5 times. Every design I have asked for has turned out exactly how I wanted - their nail art skills are second to none and miles ahead of many bog standard salons in London. I usually go 4-5 weeks between visits and I have pretty much zero chipping, the only noticeable thing is the growth of my nails at the base by the cuticle. 100% recommend to anyone wanting amazing nails that last perfectly for weeks.

I’ve been going honey nails for almost a year now and honestly the best nail salon I’ve been too.The quality of the nails are amazing and my nails always last !They are very creative & talented when it comes to designs. I love that they can do any design you ask for!

I'm here to write about my experience at your nail salon. I have been a loyal customer, but the service I received during my last visit was disappointing. The nail technician had a negative attitude when I tried to communicate my preferences for an acrylic French set. Additionally, when I unintentionally moved my hands while he was working on my cuticles, he responded with anger and forcefully squeezed my hand. It would have been more helpful if he had kindly reminded me to be still. Overall, I was unsatisfied with the service and left feeling unhappy. I hope you can address these issues to ensure a better experience for your customers. To anyone who hasn’t visited this place yet I say you avoid this place!

I have been coming here for 5 years since they first ever opened and I can honestly say the service is always exceptional, they always go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. The staff are super friendly and always making conversations and putting a smile on my face. I always leave happy with my nails

I've been coming here for about 1.5yrs and my nails are always incredible. I do always make an appt with the same nail technician so I really do think its about who you get. The designs I ask for are usually pretty complicated and take a long time but the result has always been perfect. I always get loads of ladies loving on them.

Don’t go here! I got my nails done and left with a horrible job. The tools that they use are are not sanitary/new, it’s the same tools used on the customer that is sitting next to me. The actual acrylic is done very poorly, no apex, the nails tips stuck on are pointing to the sky, the free edge of the nails are thicker than the cuticles. There is only one person with a certificate on the wall, while there are around 5 people working there. They are very rude when speaking about prices, they give you one quote over they phone, but you come in it’s a they give you another quote. Not professional at all, DON’T GO HERE.

I don’t often leave reviews but I wouldn’t recommend getting your nails done here. Firstly the technician broke the skin of my toe cuticle quite deeply so I was left with a blood mark and scab along with my pedicure. Secondly, I usually just get ordinary polish on my nails, and after removing it, somehow it has soaked into my nail bed and my natural nail is now stained - this has never happened to me before - they ground down the top layer of my nail bed which I was hesitant about and they promised me it wouldn’t damage my nail and that it was just to help the polish stick. I like my natural nails and now they are stained and have lost their natural shine. It is going to take weeks for them to grow out. I really do not recommend this nail place!

Absolutely terrible service and treatment. It took 3 people to do what I wanted and even then the job was not done. The nails were so messy that it looked like my 3-year-old niece had done it. My toenails were so sore after the pedicure also. I would definitely not recommend - the salon just looks nice but the service/treatment is absolutely terrible.

It is so obvious they just make up the prices they go along! I was there 1 hour and 45 minutes just for a set of infills and they charged me £36 even though it says £25 on the board. I’ve paid less for a fresh set. I also watched 3 other people get upset for being over charged while I was in there and they just make up excuses. Shame as I liked it the first few times but I will not be going back.
