nice products but awful service! staff working when i visited were extremely obnoxious and rude , i will most definitely not be shopping here again .

Infuriating. I went in for their Christmas calendar, and was told the premium calendar was upstairs and would be brought down within half an hour. I told the assistant I'd be back in a couple of hours and would they definitely be down then...I was told yes. I came back almost 3 hours later to be told they still weren't down but would be by the end of the day. Really disappointed as I specifically came back to buy it and waited around to ensure it would have been brought down. Wasn't going to wait around another 5 hours or whatever on the off chance they'd actually bother this time.

I have been buying the Rituals hair care for years and the other day I was in the store looking at some facial products. I was holding a couple of bottles and left them on a shelf under very bright light to grab something else. I then noticed how empty the bottles were and I was shocked - literally only two thirds of the product were in. I then went and picked other bottles to try the same trick - all of them were a third empty. I spoke to a customer advisor, showed them, and they said that as this is an outlet sometimes they get dodgy stock. I decided not to buy them as I am disappointed of that approach and that I have been scammed for so long, which is a shame as the product itself is brilliant.

Great shop to visit, friendly staff and a welcome store. The store is always clean and tidy, along with presentation being excellent the shop is easy to navigate. I love it that they have two beautiful sinks in the store to sample some of the fabulous products.We enjoy the multi-buy deals which always have a wide selection and the staff are on hand to help. The prices for the products are really good and we had a quick and polite checkout experience with the member of staff really going the extra mile. I strongly suggest visiting this store if you’re at Gunwharf Quays and I recommend it to friends and family. Big thank you!

I went to Gun Wharf store for the 1st time on 25/10/23. The fragrances are amazing as are the staff. I was helped Holly and then a charming young man called Adam. They took so much time helping me. I will be going back and buying more products. Thank you to these 2 young people a credit to your company.

Purchased the items I wanted but was extremely disappointed with the attitude of the clerk. Wasn’t particularly helpful when purchasing stated no means to allow me to take my purchases in a suitable bag as they had run out and nothing else available or offered in return then on passing 10 mins customers were provided suitable boxes and bags. Also variety of gift sets disappointing

Absolutely lovely staff, embarrassing moment when my drink exploding in my bag, during browsing, the staff were so kind an helpful helping me get another spare bag for my bag,Made me feel less slightly embarrassed!Also was helped on finding my room spray/perfume that smells amazing! ❤️

Upmarket hand Creams, soaps and incense shop. You might save some money here with the discounts.

Excellent store, received great service today. Went to purchase a bottle of perfume, when the staff member at the till suddenly left me and took away the perfume. Bewildered for a few moments, they returned with a gift set that was on a special offer at nearly £10 cheaper than the stand alone fragrance but had the same size perfume AND a shower foam full size, in it! The staff member was also so cheery and really happy to help.I hadn't seen this myself so was thrilled. I will always shop here when you receive service like this. Well done!

Lovely shop, staffs are always amazing and helpful. Even when I mentioned a low budget, they still spent lots of time to assist me to find the best value for money. Especially a gentleman named Chrysanthos who was super knowledgeable about the products and amazing customer service.
