Great company and family vibe going on. I bought an ultrasound machine a year ago and the guys at physiquipe were so helpful and still are so helpful today. Couldn't recommended them enough.

I have purchased Piezowave2 for my Horizon Clinic in Norwich beginning of the year and had amazing customer service, training and support. I like the machine a lot, as I can see it helps a lot of my clients, specially the linear probe for the mens health - erectile dysfunction. Many thanks to Dominic for all the support and training - been REALLY GOOD.

I have worked here since 2014 and it is a wonderful environment. The team are so lovely and are really family orientated.As a clinician, the opportunity to work with high end, cutting edge equipment and some of the countries leading Dr's and clinicians is a dream.

In my opinion, Physiquipe is exceptional in content delivery. Their line of webinars, education and clinical messaging is better than any other distributor that I know. Physiquipe's academy is fantastic in explaining to clinicians how to use and implement products into the clinic. I don't see many product suppliers offering the support and education that Physiquipe does, and those that do, I still feel like they come in second place compared to Physiquipe. It's a great company with great people. I couldn't recommend it more!

What would I say physiquipe do, if anything, that is different to other suppliers of equipment?For me it's the genuine nature of the team. I wasn't immediately aware of who was a salesperson or who was a technical advisor....and that was a good thing. There was support & what felt like genuine interest in my needs throughout, without me feeling the pressure to buy. The team were just supportive and professional with a personable nature and they allowed the equipment to sell itself. There's also the follow up and the feeling that I wasn't forgotten after the sale. I'm clearly not a major financial client for Physiquipe but I was made to feel valued and relevant to the who team. So to encapsulate it into one word service."Also being involved in the online seminars too and being given an opportunity to collaborate and promote my work from the Physiquipe platform.Those are some of the reasons I always recommend Physiquipe whenever sourcing diagnostic ultrasound equipment

I have used the Lymphatouch in clinical practice for the last 3 years and I can not recommend this device more to professionals. It has not only enhanced the treatments I provide, but has produced a better (and quicker) outcome for my clients. I would be lost without it!

I had a fantastic experience with Physiquipe. I purchased the Alpinion i9 ultrasound, a couple of months ago, and the entire process was exceptionally smooth. From the quotes based on my needs, the order to the delivery, great service! Since the purchase, they have been consistently responsive and helpful, addressing all my queries and concerns promptly. The i9 itself is a fantastic piece of equipment, with great resolution and user friendly. Overall, I highly recommend Physiquipe for their excellent products and top-notch customer support.

We recently purchased a longest radial shockwave from Physiquipe and was very impressed with the whole process start to finish.From then first enquiry conversation it felt that the company was focused on understanding what it was we wanted to achieve in the business and took time to listen to my goals and plans for the future.We discussed in details how we were planning to incorporate the shockwave into our company and Dom offered some very helpful suggestions on how to tweak my ideas.We were sent a quote the same day which broke down the costs of the machine but also included a free stand, first service and replacement parts which was a nice little surprise and bonus. Dom even shot a short video explaining the quote which we thought was a nice touch.Once ordered we were kept updated on the delivery dates and expected time to receive my new machine.Due to my time frames we chose to visit Physiquipe offices in central Manchester to collect the device.Not only did the sort me parking for the day but when arrived had arranged a room and demonstration of the kit so I was familiar and competent using the equipment.Katie took time to answer any questions and helped me understand the navigation of the machine. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.We also got the opportunity to meet with Andy (the MD) who sat down with me and listened to what we wanted to achieve with my business and was interested in what they as a company could do additional to ensure the success of the new shockwave. We were very impressed with this level of service.Furthermore, we were delighted to be informed that as part of complementary service from Physiquipe is they send out one of their team to do a in service training on site for the team. Which is an excellent additional bonus to my purchase.We genuinely felt overwhelmed how supportive the how process was from start to finish. We never felt “sold to” we felt that everyone we spoke to or engaged with was keen to understand my business ambitions and genuinely wanted to help me achieve them.We would sincerely recommend all the team at Physiquipe and will be recommending them to all my colleagues in healthcare. Excellent machine, we mainly use this for musculoskeletal ultrasound but hsa so many more features. The picture quality is excellent making it a joy to use. The training was very tailored and useful showing me the features i would be using in my practice. The ongoing support is also reassuring with reps checking in regularly.
