The shutters are excellent quality, they feel sturdy and well-made, and they look absolutely fabulous. They've really lifted the look and feel of my flat! Customer service was also very good, including after-sales service. 100% recommended.

James installed some shutters at our house recently. They look beautiful and really make a big difference to our home. James was very straightforwards to work with and was able to be flexible about the installation, which was much appreciated. James and Haven Shutters gave us exemplary good service. Our beautiful shutters fit perfectly and work smoothly. And what a difference they make to our sitting room! They shut out cold or heat, give endless options for light, and I can clean them easily, unlike curtains. Wish we’d had them years ago. We’re delighted.

Excellent service from James - the shutters look great and everything went smoothly. I was impressed by his willingness to answer questions on sustainability in helping us decide who to buy from.Our window is quite wonky and so a trim needed to be created to fit around the bottom which was done incredibly neatly. This trim was a different colour to the shutters so James got matching paint mixed up and came back to paint it and it looks fantastic.

Absolutely fabulous product & service from James at Haven Shutters, who came recommended on a local Facebook group and via neighbours. Our shutters are beautiful, were installed quickly and at a reasonable price. Very pleased we went with Haven and would recommend.
