Heel fell off just as I arrived in Liverpool. Found the repair shop and all was repaired within minutes. Very grateful - he even added a hole to my belt, so that fits better now too!

I brought them 3 pairs of shoes that were trainwrecks. My certain hobbie + floor has me going through shoes like F1 goes through tyres at the Grand Prix. Because they are broken in just right + have sentimental value they were worth saving (plus I am all for repairing in the name of being eco friendly).These people are literal Elves from the Elves and the Shoemaker story. They stand by their motto something about shoes worth wearing are shoes worth repairing.For a cheap price I get to make more memories with the shoes and save my feet from more mutilation.

Quick friendly helpful service cutting a pair of keys. Bit hard to find- it's near the food court if you come in through the entrance near boots/ class ohlson.No idea if prices competitive. They can't resole all shoes but can do heels etc.

Very friendly and helpful guys. I was an idiot and made a mistake on an engraving that was really important to me and the guys here were really helpful and fixed the mistake I had made and even added another wonderful touch. Also reassuring me to not be upset. And really fast service and a great price as well! I would definitely recommend them.Thank you so much again.

I can't praise this place highly enough. So friendly, helpful and affordable, and excellent quality work. I've been several times to get keys cut and shoes repaired. Brought in a mortice lock that was siezing up, and they fixed that too! What a great little place.

Got my boots fixed here today was absolutely brilliant. The heel had worn down almost completely. Had spoken to another place previously and they had said they were beyond repair and I should just throw them out but as these are my favourite boots I wanted them repaired so badly. It took about an hour and the heels honestly look better than they did when I originally bought them. Definitely coming back if I need any shoes repaired again.
