As potential purchaser's my husband and I viewed quite a lot of properties advertised by Nicholas Belts, in a very short space of time, when we visited from Ireland. In advance of our visit they were very obliging in scheduling and sometimes rescheduling appointments so that we could view as many properties as possible. It was no surprise that we ultimately purchased a property marketed by them. They were the agents who really went the extra mile sending us details of any up and coming properties for several weeks before our visit. All the staff were extremely professional, helpful and friendly throughout the process. Whenever we had a query during the actual legal process, they dealt with it promptly.
