Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, as I encountered rude service, mediocre food, and a dull atmosphere.To begin with, the man who served me seemed disinterested and displayed a lack of basic etiquette. His demeanor was off-putting, and it contributed to a poor customer service experience. It's disheartening when the staff fails to make you feel welcome or valued as a customer.Moving on to the food, I chose the full English breakfast option, which turned out to be a letdown. The beans, instead of having the usual comforting taste, resembled chick peas with an odd sprinkling of coriander. This unconventional twist did not complement the dish well, leaving a distasteful impression. Furthermore, the eggs were severely overcooked, lacking the desired fluffy texture that makes a good breakfast.Moreover, the overall atmosphere was dull and uninviting. I expected a vibrant environment that would help jumpstart my day, but instead, I felt a sense of wanting to leave as soon as possible. This lack of ambiance made the experience even more disappointing.Considering the combination of rude service, average food quality, and a dull atmosphere, I could not wait to get out of there. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of respect, friendly service, and well-prepared dishes to enjoy.

I Have tried almost every dish here, and all of them are great but the biryani, burger and panini’s hit a different level of deliciousness! The hospitality these people show fills the atmosphere with warmth and a sense of homeliness! Which adds up to giving you a perfect meal! Their service is right on time! Even in the busiest of days, I have never had a delay in any order! I recommend this cafe a 100% to everyone out there! Believe me every penny is worth it!

Its a lovely convenient place with a large selection of tasty food. I love coming here whilst I'm in the town centre, if your around you should pop over you most definitely will not regret it

Had ordered a Desi breakfast and it was not pleasant. It was not fresh AT ALL, just felt like everything was reheated had no taste to it. It was very bland and such a waste of money. Also to add, the place was not clean we got to our table and it was really dirty; nobody had bothered to clean it up. Definitely would not recommend at all.

Very good chai place for tea lovers. Had Karak chai from here and it was amazing.Paratha was tasty but felt a bit oily. The Keema Naan was pretty good. The staff are friendly and polite. The place was very neat and tidy. Recommended.

one of the best karak chai spots in comparison to any other local places as well as bigger chains. Food and chai is always fresh and tasty, never had a bad experience. Friendly and amazing service everytime!
