The staff at CG are super friendly, available, communicative and easy-going. I felt I could pop in / call / email about anything anytime, and they would be there to help. They sorted out any issues promptly. The apartment I rented was gorgeous, old and well-maintained 1 bed flat, that suited my needs perfectly and was just around the corner from the CG centre . Rented from Capron for a year from 2020. House and garden had so many issues and they pretty much never replied to emails or phone calls - only time anything happened was when we went to the office in person. Plus when we moved in during COVID times the house wasn't cleaned with toenails and used plasters still around the house.
